Our Return Policy
At apiece of Mines, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@apieceofmines.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@apieceofmines.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

- Items that have been assembled or used
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original packaging
