Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy before requesting a return.

30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• Unassembled, when applicable

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs if the product is damaged or incorrect. We will respond within two business days with return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will pay the return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at joserafael@apieceofmines.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the problem. We will review the information and arrange a replacement, return, or refund when appropriate.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been used, assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Items missing parts, accessories, or original packaging

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Items marked as final sale

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether an item can be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different item, return the original item after receiving approval and place a new order separately.

Refunds

We will inspect your returned item and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to post the refund.
