Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been assembled or show signs of use
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
