Fulfillment Location
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our location in the Bronx, New York, United States.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
